Playing our competitions is simple!

  1. First create an account by clicking here,
  2. Then once logged into your account navigate to the competition you wish to enter,
  3. Select your numbers or use our random number picker, answer the question and proceed to checkout.

Our free postal entry option is open to any UK resident aged 18 years or over.

To enter for free, please send an unenclosed, handwritten postcard by post containing your personal information so we can identify you. You must clearly state which competition you wish to enter, along with the details listed below.

All free entry postcards must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Entrants must have an active account on our website at the time free entries are processed
  • All details on the postcard must exactly match the details on your website account
  • The exact competition title/name as shown on the competition page
  • The correct answer to the skill-based question for that competition
  • Full name (must be identical to your website account)
  • Date of birth (must be identical to your website account)
  • Full postal address
  • Email address (must be identical to your website account)
  • Contact phone number

All postcards must be received no later than 12 hours before the competition end time.

Each postcard is valid for one entry only. Once your postcard has been received and verified as meeting all the criteria above, one ticket will be allocated to your account.

If you wish to enter multiple competitions or obtain additional tickets (subject to maximum entries per user), you must send separate postcards for each entry.

Any entries that fail to meet the criteria above will be void, in the same way as any invalid paid entry.

You will receive an email with ticket number confirming we have accepted your postal entry. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders as some email providers may redirect our emails

Live Draws
You can tune in to watch all our live draws on our Facebook page, where everyone can witness the excitement. We use a random number generator to select the winner. In the event that a competition doesn’t sell out and the generated number remains unsold, we will keep generating new numbers until we find a winner.

Instant Wins
Instant wins are determined by receiving a ticket number that corresponds to a number on the list of pre-established prizes. If your ticket numbers align with any of the numbers on the prize list, you will immediately claim that prize!

When you successfully complete the order by completing the payment;

  1. You’ll see your ticket numbers on the confirmation page.
  2. Check your email for a confirmation message sent to the email address linked to your account.
  3. Log in to your account, visit the ‘My Account,’ page to find your ticket numbers.

Your order is set as ‘Cancelled’ when you haven’t finished the payment process or if your payment was unsuccessful. If we don’t receive a successful payment within 15 minutes, orders are automatically cancelled.

Our Competitions run for a fixed number of days, and the duration of each Competition is specified on our website.

Unless stated differently on a Competition description; The draw for each Competition will take place within 48 hours of the time at which the Competition ends OR after all tickets sell out!

If we are unable to contact a winner within 21 days of a Competition ending and the prize is not claimed within this time, then we reserve the right to re-run the draw and pick a new winner.

No need to worry! If you have lost or forgotten your password, just go to the ‘Login’ page and then click ‘reset password / forgot my password’. If you’ve forgotten the email associated with your account, then please do get in touch with us and we will locate and verify your account.
